Yes, Wicca is a religion that uses Magick. Either by Casting a Circle or Candle Magick, spells and visualization. It is using the energies of the Universe to bring about changes in your life. Science and Earth Religions will come together some day on this.
You are using this magick to take responsibility for yourself and using the elements of nature to aid you in this life. If you are soley into wanting to make people do your bidding, this is not what Wicca is about.
It is about learning that all the power you'll ever need is inside of you. Not in a priest or a minister or anyone else that condemns you to a hell, for not believing as they do, or with a promise of a heaven for doing as you are told.

Wicca also believes in reincarnation, but only coming back in human form. Therefore the reasoning behind Karma. You live your lives to learn lessons, and to move on.

Witches and Wiccans are Pagans. honoring many  Gods and Goddesses as aspects of the greater all. They do not physically exist with the purpose of  bring wrath and damnation on this world. They are the representation of the male and female energies of the Universe.

Witches and Wiccans do not believe in the existence of satan (a christian belief), a christian demon. Therefore Witches or Wiccans  cannot worship something they do not believe in
